How do I enable notifications?

Go to Settings in the app and toggle notifications on. You can also follow individual launches to get alerts for those specific missions.

How do I manage my subscription?

Your Launch Director subscription is managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.

Why is a launch time showing "TBD"?

Some launches don't have confirmed times yet. We'll notify you as soon as a time is set if you're following that launch.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This will remove your data within 30 days.

How do I report incorrect data?

Tap "Report an Issue" on any launch detail screen. Our team reviews all submissions.
