These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Launchy mobile application ("App") operated by Science of People ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Launchy provides rocket launch tracking information, including schedules, countdowns, mission details, and notifications. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

You may create an account to sync your preferences and access community features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not create accounts for automated or bot use.

Subscriptions

Launchy offers a free tier and a paid "Launch Director" subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Free trial periods, if offered, end when a paid subscription begins

Community Features

The App includes community features such as live chat and reactions during launches. When using these features, you agree to:

• Not post content that is offensive, abusive, or harassing
• Not spam, advertise, or post repetitive content
• Not impersonate other users or entities
• Not attempt to circumvent moderation measures

We reserve the right to mute or remove users who violate these guidelines without notice.

Data Accuracy

Launch data is sourced from official providers and public sources, processed by our AI-powered agents for accuracy. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any launch information. Launch schedules change frequently, and you should always verify critical information with official sources. Launchy is not liable for missed launches or inaccurate data.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and content are owned by Science of People and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Launch data is attributed to its respective sources. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchy and Science of People shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
